Pooing is primary to good health
When I was younger I could eat anything and not even notice a blip on the radar. Now need a boost to my digestion and help keeping my body clean. I’ve made this recipe for a week now and can say, I’ve gone through some detox. Not the most comfortable, I have to admit!
But now I feel great!
I am pooing great every day now! What a great freedom!
You will need high speed blender for this recipe
– If you have a regular blender, don’t despair! Just soak the goji berries along with the chia seeds to soften them. Then blend longer to make this smoothie smooth.
*4 servings – drink through out the day
Ingredients
4 cups of distilled water
2 tbs soaked chia seeds* (soak in water in a bowl on the counter, overnight)
¼ cup goji berries*
1 tbs coconut oil*
1 tbs Triphala power*
1 tbs Chaga mushroom powder*
1 tbs raw cacao powder*
large handful of pea sprouts (option: any fresh sprouts)
1/3 cup of organic unpasteurized honey (to taste) (also if candida is a concern stevia to taste)

Directions
Place the chia seeds in a bowl or a small mason jar. Soak the chia seeds over night in distilled water. Then when you are ready to make this smoothie, place all the ingredients above into a high speed blender.
Blend till smooth and frothy.
